Calling the Vendors and riders to speedup the order delivery and resolve live and post delivery order related issues. Calling the customers on request and resolve relevant issues. Meet overall client project requirement by getting Maximum CSAT surveys, good quality score and Average handling time which leads to providing best services to a reputable order delivery Brand in gulf countries.
Maintainence of office computers and printers. Networking of office pc’s. Installation of windows, softwares and antivirus. Backup of important data.
Providing services to international clients regarding personal compensation in a car accident.
• To provide technical support to Ptcl Broadband customers by registering complains, online troubleshooting and to provide modem settings so that there Issues are re-solved quickly and in a professional way
• Configurations of all type of modems and wifi routers including Zte (White & Blue), Huawei( Hg510a, Hg510, KW5815), Shiro, Zyxel, Tenda (W150D,D830R) and Sa-gemcom.
• Evdo Wireless broadband settings
• As a Floor Supervisor manage team members and listen their queries.
• Coaching and post shift meetings with team members regarding performance issues.
• Listen to hyper customers, escalate their issues, Coordination with Floor Manager and other senior management to resolve customer issue on priority basis.
